About the Role:
Greychain Technology is seeking an experienced and proactive QA Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts across dynamic projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual and functional testing, a working knowledge of automation, and demonstrated ability in leading QA efforts, including managing team members. You will work directly with international clients, handle R&D, and design test cases from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases from scratch based on product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct manual and functional testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform R&D to identify the best tools, practices, or solutions for QA-related challenges.
- Collaborate with development, product, and client teams to ensure clear understanding and coverage of requirements.
- Work directly with international clients, providing regular QA updates and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to or initiate automation testing based on project needs.
- Track and manage bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in QA (manual and functional testing).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to write effective test plans, test cases, and documentation from scratch.
- Experience in R&D to evaluate tools and improve QA processes.
- Basic to intermediate experience in automation testing.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) – must be comfortable working with global clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
